My unique hands (30 mins)
In this activity we are going to make a tree of unique hands. Here is an example of one hand.
Step 1:
Open a new file in a a drawing program, such as paint.
Step 2:
Place your hand on the screen and using a drawing tool draw the outline of your hand using your other hand.
Step 3:
Now in each of the fingers write something about yourself like we did in the DISCUSS exercise. Something you are good at or something you like about yourself.
Step 4:
When you are finished print out what you have made. Using selotape or a stapler all the hands can be joined together either in a a circle or into a tree shape.
Paper version:
Each student should take an A4 page, preferably with no lines on it.
Further follow the steps as above, draw your hand and fill it in with things that are good about you.
