Let's hang (10 mins)

Play this game with a friend.
Look for a place where you have enough space around you. You should have one arms length around you.
Stand face to face with your partner, with the noses of your shoes touching each other.
Hold hands (both your hands) and slowly start to hang backwards. You should leave your feet at the same place. Try to hang backwards as relaxed as possible with your arms stretched.
Stand still for about 10 seconds and then slowly come back up.
