Find out how big your personal space is and how it feels when that space is being violated.Do this exercise with a friend.
One of you stands still. The other has to stand about three steps away and slowly starts to walk towards the other
The person that is standing still, notices when his/her personal space is being invaded and draws an imaginary circle around him/her.
Switch roles.
How did it feel when the other got too close?
