Performance Objectives

Students should be able to:

  • Define the word ‘law.
  • Explain the law that protect children from being abused.
  • State some school rules and regulations about human relationships.

Lesson Plan

  1. Start with the 'warm up'. This will take about 5 minutes.
  2. Then let the students read the information in the info-cartoon. Most students will be finished in 12 to 15 minutes.
  3. Then do the 'discuss' exercise. This will take about 20 to 30 minutes.
  4. Round up the lesson with a reflection on what the students have learned.
    If you do not have enough time in one lesson to do all these steps you can also give the 'discuss' exercise as homework and spend any remaining time taking reactions or questions from students.
