The law protects me from... (5 mins)

Goals of activity:
To let the students think about how the law helps them.
To make 'the law' less abstract.

Activity guidelines:
Step 1:
Ask the students to think about three things that the law protects them from.
Step 2:
Ask a couple of students to tell the class what they came up with.

Tip:
If all the students come up with the same answers, ask them to come up with something new.
