Activity guidelines
Step 1:
Get the students to stand in the middle of the room.Tell them that they will have to choose a side of the room to go with their choice to the following simple questions.
Step 2:
For example, the teacher might say “After school, I can play football (point to the left side of the room) or read a book (point to the right side).” The students who choose to play football should move to the left side of the room.
Other choices:
- Go fetch water or pound corn
- Sweep the floor or lay the beds
- Have a dog or have a cat
- Eat at home or eat out with friends
